Resolution
For Interactive Math students who have already downloaded the Interactive Math client for IE 7 and still have problems, and for all Interactive Math teachers, remove Internet Explorer 7 from your system by perform the following steps:
From the Start menu, select Settings, and then click Control Panel.

From the Control Panel window, double-click Add or Remove Programs.

From the Add or Remove Programs window, select Windows Internet Explorer 7, and then click Remove.

From the Windows Internet Explorer 7 Removal Wizard, click Next, and then follow the instructions to uninstall the program.

Click Finish to restart your computer.

After you restart your computer, you must reinstall the Interactive Mathematics client.
