Can PLATO Learning reset a survey or fix non-PLATO applicaiton on your school's Web site?

Issue You are filling out a survey that your school has posted, or are running another application that is separate from and not provided by PLATO Learning. Can PLATO reset the survey or solve a problem with the application?

PLATO Support cannot assist you with applications that are separate from PLATO products and that are not provided by PLATO Learning. Contact your instructor or the school's network administrator for assistance with on online school survey or other non-PLATO application.
