ERROR: "Incorrect login information given" logging into eduTest

Issue You get the message "Incorrect login information given" when logging in to eduTest.
Cause You have forgotten your password and need to have it reset
Resolution Enter correct name & password; contact instructor or administrator to get user name or have your password reset

Resolution

If you need to validate your login name or password:

Students: First make sure you are at the correct URL. Contact your instructor to verify your login information and reset or clear your password if necessary. If your user ID does not exist, one will need to be created for you. Your teacher or administrator will be able to assist you.

Instructors: Contact your Account Administrator to verify your login information and reset or clear your password if necessary.

Include all of the login field values that you are using: account ID, account name, PLATO name, group name, password. The particular fields you are using depends on which PLATO product you are using.
