Article ID 1844
Product eduTest Assessment
Issue When students log in and click "Start a Test" try to start a new test or retrieve a test that they already started, the message "no data" displays. Students are unable to see the test. The test is not available and appears to be missing.
Cause Students need to be added to classroom - then added to test schedule
Resolution Add student to the test schedule in eduTest; must be owner of the test schedule

Details

Resolution

Have the owner of the test schedule add the student to the schedule.

  1. Go to Test Administration - My Schedules
  2. Locate the classroom and test schedule.
  3. Click Edit Schedule.
  4. Verify the test date window, click Continue.
  5. Check the box next to the new student. NOTE: Do not un-check any students that have already completed the test as this would delete their results.
  6. Click Continue.
