You have reached this page because of one of the followng reasons:

• You are trying to access content on the Support site that is restricted from public access
• You are trying to access PLATO Learning Environment (PLE) or vCourses content that is only accessible though direct product login

Certain content on the Support site is not public. This helps us protect our content from unauthorized access and adds value to existing customers. PLE and vCourse users have extended access to product-specific materials and information that is not available to user of other products.

PLE and vCourses users must login to their respective products to access this content.

How To

Follow the steps below to login to PLE or vCourses:

1. In your web browser's address bar, type http://ple.platoweb.com or click the link: http://ple.platoweb.com.

Note: both PLE and vCourses use the same URL.

2. Your page should look like this:

3. Enter your Account Login. This is the code that identifies your account in our product (e.g. PSD01, CHS123).
4. Enter your PLATO Name and Password. Your PLATO Name and Password are unique to you. This information is provided to you by your Account Administrator.

For PLE users, once you are logged in, click the Support link at the top-right of the page. You will be authenticated as a valid PLE user and redirected to the Support site.

For vCourses users, once you are logged in, click Account Options button at the top-right of the page and select Support Options. You will be authenticated as a valid vCourses user and redirected to the Support site.

5. You may now naviagte to the desired resources.
