What do "Maximum License Usage" and "Peak Usage Frequency" mean on the PLE License Usage Report?

On the PLE License Usage Report, "Maximum License Usage" is the highest number of users using a courseware license simultaneously during the reporting period (day, week, month, or year) . "Peak Usage Frequency" is the number of separate times during that report period that the maximum usage occurred.

Peak Usage Frequency indicates how many times during that day, week, month, or year the highest number of concurrent users (Maximum License Usage) were using that courseware license.

For example, the report below for this account’s Maximum [simultaneous] License Usage of the Secondary Intervention Library was: 1 user, which occurred twice on 6/7, once on 6/8, for a total of 3 times in the week ending 6/14, as well as a total of 3 times in all of June. For the year to date, the peak usage of 2 users at a time occurred 32 times. Since the maximum was only 1 during June, you can infer that the peak usage of 2 users occurring during other months not shown on this report.
